1. No Refund or Returns Unless It Is an Error:
We take great care to ensure the accuracy and quality of our personalized items. Due to the unique nature of personalized products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless there is an error on our part, such as a mistake in the personalization details or a defect in the product. Please double-check all personalization details before completing your purchase.

2. Damaged During Transit
In the rare event that your item is damaged during transit, we ask that you notify us promptly by sending a clear photo of the damaged item to sales@dandeliongifts.com.au. Please include your order number and a brief description of the damage. We will thoroughly investigate the issue and, if the damage is verified, we will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution. This may include a replacement of the damaged item or a refund at our discretion.

3. Not Responsible for Breakages Once Unpacked
Once you have received and unpacked your item, we are not responsible for any breakages that may occur. We advise you to carefully inspect your order upon arrival and report any damages to us as outlined in section 2. After unpacking, please handle your personalized items carefully to minimize the risk of breakage.
