Shipping Costs:
- Keepsake boxes and big name signs: AU$18
- Crates: AU$13
- Everything else: AU$10

**Flat Rate Express Shipping:**
For customers who prefer expedited shipping, we offer a flat rate of AU$ 20 for express shipping on all orders.

**Shipping Carrier:**
We exclusively ship our orders through Australia Post, a reliable and trusted postal service provider. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.

**Shipping Time:**
The processing time for orders is 5 business days. After processing, standard shipping times within Australia typically range from 5 to 15 business day, depending on your location. If you choose the express shipping option, delivery times may be expedited.

**Order Tracking:**
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided in your order confirmation email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your package on the Australia Post website.

**International Shipping:**
At this time, we only offer shipping within Australia. We do not currently ship internationally.

**Order Changes and Address Updates:**
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. If you need to make changes to your order or update your shipping address after placing the order, please contact us on sales@dandeliongifts.com.au as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible after the order has been processed.

**Lost or Stolen Packages:**
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by Australia Post. If you encounter any issues with the delivery of your package, please contact Australia Post or your local postal service for further assistance.
